અમે તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે હાલ દેશના અનેક ATM માં 2000 ની નોટો ની જગ્યાએ 500 અને 200 નિજ વધુ પ્રમાણમાં નોટો નીકળી રહી છે. આથી અનેક લોકોને એવા સવાલો ઉઠી રહ્યા છે કે શું સરકાર 2000 ની નોટોને બજારમાંથી પાછી ખેંચી રહી છે.
આ મુદ્દો જયારે સંસદમાં સંતોષ કુમાર દ્વારા ઉઠાવવામાં આવ્યો ત્યારે નાણામંત્રી સિતારમણ દ્વારા જણાવવામાં આવ્યું કે RBI ના વાર્ષિક અહેવાલ મુજબ 2017 અને માર્ચ 2022 ના અંતે 500 અને 2000 ની નોટોની કુલ કિંમત 9.512 લાખ કરોડ અને 27.057 લાખ કરોડ હોવાનું કહેવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
આની સાથે સાથે તેઓએ જણાવ્યું કે હાલ RBI દ્વારા 2000 ની નોટોને પાછી ખેંચી લેવા માટેની કોઈ સૂચના આપવામાં નથી આવી. અને તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે બેંક ને ક્યાં મૂલ્યની નોટ ને વધુ દાખલ કરવી અને કયા મૂલ્યની નોટને ઓછી તે બેંક પોતેજ નક્કી કરતી હોય છે. અને આની સાથે સાથે નાણામંત્રી દ્વારા એ પણ જાનવવામાં આવ્યું કે વર્ષ 2019-2020 માં 2000 ની નોટોને છાપવામાં નથી આવી આથી પણ 2000 ની નોટો બજારમાં ઓછી જોવા મળી શકે છે.
